Two quick hooking handles make the dismantling and assembly
operations of the mincing unit fast and easy. Furthermore, the
option of total separation of the appliance's two main units
greatly eases cleaning of the components on the motor unit,
and the entire mincing unit can be cleansed in the dish washer.
