Five major entities within ANIMA (the Federation of the Italian Associations of Mechanical and Engineering Industries) have joined together and formed ASSOFOODTEC in an effort to respond to common problems and the ever increasing challenges of the world market.

ASSOFOODTEC is comprised of the following Italian associations:
• Association of Manufacturers of Refrigeration Equipment
• Association of Manufacturers of Food Slicers, Mincing Machines, and Similar Equipment
• COMACA (Association of Manufacturers of Meat Processing Equipment)
• UCIMAC (Association of Manufacturers of Espresso Coffee Machines & Equipment)
• UCMA (Association of Manufacturers of Food Processing Machinery)

ASSOFOODTEC’s prestigious and qualified member companies offer a great wealth of experience and reliability and new technical developments in products. The companies, which bring together tradition, quality and technology, have well understood the market demands and attained still unequalled leading positions.
