The Italian Slicing Machine and Meat Mincer Manufacturers’ Group within ANIMA (the Federation of the Italian Associations of Mechanical and Engineering Industries) was formed about twenty years ago in order to better confront the manifold market problems. The group has since become the most important and most representative reference point for those operating in this branch of the industry.
The group promotes various activities such as those concerning economic and statistical issues, including the analysis and monitoring of trends for a better knowledge of the market, thus offering useful elements for the planning of the single corporate policy.
For technical issues and for better qualification of the products in compliance with current legislation, the group pays the maximum attention to both national and international standard drafting activities.
In fact, thanks to the contribution given by its experts, a European norm on slicing machine has been established. And due to their innovative tendencies and the continuous updating of their manufacturing techniques, the member companies are able to meet the constantly evolving market requirements.
