Technical Description:
This machine has been designed for forming, packing, stretching and clipping of sausages such as bacon, coppe, breasaole, hams in synthetic casing, net, socking net, plastic films with or without holes. The available gauge can change from 70 up to 160 mm. for a max. lenght of 800 mm. Casing and socking net has to be loaded in advance onto pipes with an automatic casing fitter. In addition to the standard machine model PIC 99 B we produce also the following machine models: • mod. BT in order to pack with a regular length sausages that will be sliced; • mod. RC in order to pack roast with collagen and net; it is also posssible to use synthetic casing; • mod. BV in order to pack vacuum products with films.
Technical Description:
This new machine has been designed to considerably increase the the packing productivity of vacuum product to be cooked in thermoretiring tubolar with “cooking” system or “strip-off” system and of sausages in synthetic tubolar with big dimensions such as mortadella or similar product, up to a max diameter of 240 mm. This clipping machine has to be connected to a vacuum stuffing machine that will portion the product to be packed. If the stuffing machine is not equipped with a portion device, our machine will calibrate the portion with a system that will check product length.
