Technical Description:
Professional meat mincers in stainless steel with gear transmissions. The mincing group is made from stainless steel, which allows for a perfect minced meat due to temperature stability creating a finished product of great quality. Hopper is removable in all models (model 32 is controlled from an inducer). Unger and partial Unger cutting systems are available on request.

Fox Model

Technical Description:
This small and compact design machine can fit in a 550x780mm floor area. It is ideal where space is a premium. Fitted with a 32 head, it produces a high quality product every time. The 60 liter hopper is large enough to do a standard recipe but will also produce small specialty batches. Available in both 3 phase end 1 phase by an inverter. Mixing arms, second auger, worm and bowl are easily removed for cleaning.

All moving parts are chain driven, giving strength and reliability in its operation. The unique design of the FOX is the second auger in the hopper. When the machine is in the mixing cycle the auger runs in reverse, helping in the mix cycle but also bringing any rusk and seasoning away from the out feed worm into the mix, ensuring all ingredients are blended evenly before the final discharge. Also available in a refrigerated version.

The ELEPHANT model’s technical concepts are the same as the FOX but with bigger dimensions, fixed head 42. It's possible to mince frozen meat at -5°C.
