OEM was founded in 1973 near Mantua. Its founder was one of the first to realise the enormous potential of the pizza market. Already producing dishwashers and glasswashers, the company then added a new series of electric ovens and spiral dough mixers.

This equipment was the start of a wider range devised to cover all the stages in the pizza production process .
